I’ve created and grouped some of the most amazingly sweet recipes for this book, dipping into the big, bold flavours of the Middle East, and the explosive French sensations of Pâtisserie with a Mediterranean twist of course!

“The Governor Who Bakes” is a book offering yet another perspective of home baking. I am using it to set the record straight when it comes to my views on baking and creating an exclusive collection of recipes for charity– which is a pretty worthy goal. It will definitely have the innate power to unite us all for a good cause!

Executed by a Cake Baking MAESTRO along with Salt Duty-Free’s skilful chefs, and shot by a Genius of a photographer who has a soft spot for Charity too, my creations saw the light.
Our trio will bring you this intimate collection of pastry creations aimed at any home baking situation life could throw at you!
